Complex distributed microservices generated high alert noise during outages, delaying root cause identification and increasing Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR).
Solution
Acmez implemented an SRE agent that correlates multi-cluster telemetry, executes diagnostic runbook commands within sandboxed guardrails, isolates faulty deployments, and executes rollback or scaling actions.
Outcome
Routine infrastructure alerts and transient container crashes were resolved autonomously under strict policy bounds, reducing on-call fatigue and MTTR for critical services.
