Build production AI systems (retrieval pipelines, agentic workflows and evaluation harnesses) for enterprise clients, with a strong emphasis on measurement and safe deployment.
Responsibilities
- Build retrieval-augmented and agentic AI applications
- Design and maintain evaluation sets and accuracy measurement
- Implement guardrails, logging and cost controls
- Integrate AI capability into existing enterprise systems
- Document behaviour, limitations and residual risk honestly
What we are looking for
- Strong Python and experience with modern LLM application frameworks
- Practical experience with vector search and retrieval design
- Understanding of evaluation methodology beyond anecdotal testing
- Awareness of prompt injection and AI-specific security risk
- Experience integrating with production systems and APIs
