Work with client stakeholders to understand processes, capture requirements including the exceptions people handle informally, and translate them into something engineers can build.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery workshops with client business and technical stakeholders
- Document processes, requirements, exceptions and acceptance criteria
- Maintain the backlog and support sprint planning
- Coordinate user acceptance testing
- Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and the engineering team
What we are looking for
- Experience gathering requirements for enterprise software projects
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills
- Confidence facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with agile delivery practice
- Excellent written English
