Real estate development in India is regulated under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, with state-level authorities imposing registration, disclosure, escrow and periodic reporting obligations. Construction operations additionally carry labour, safety and environmental requirements. Customer data falls under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our systems support the record-keeping, document management and periodic reporting these frameworks require; compliance remains with the developer or contractor.
